Through different breathing techniques such as breathwork, pranayama, apnea practice, and cold exposure, you will learn to regulate your nervous system and train your mind to unlock your full human potential.
During the course, you will explore the theoretical foundations of neuroscience and how they relate to breathing and ice baths.
You will learn about the physiological and psychological effects of these practices and how they can help reduce stress, improve mental clarity, increase energy, and promote overall health and well-being.

Who is this training for?
This training is open to anyone who wishes to learn—whether for their own personal journey, to apply it within their professional practice, or to facilitate sessions for others. No prior experience is required; only interest, commitment, and a willingness to explore.

What are the requirements to obtain the International Certification?
To become certified, you must complete the following steps:

Submit a written essay about your personal experience during the training.

Record a video guiding a session, demonstrating your practical understanding.

Pass a theoretical exam related to the course content. ​
This process involves an additional fee of €50. Once these requirements are met, you will receive your international certification.

Can I take the training if I am pregnant?
Yes, you can take the training without any problem. We adjust the pace and ensure that each participant can progress while prioritizing their well-being.

If you have any medical condition, we ask that you contact us directly. We will review your situation on a personalized basis to address your questions and ensure the training is safe and suitable for you.
What if I only want an introductory experience and not the full certification yet?
We offer an Online Introductory Workshop that is ideal for those who want to explore the content without committing to the full training.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of participation (this does not qualify you as an instructor). If you later decide to continue with the full training, the cost of the introductory workshop will be deducted from the total price, so you will only pay the difference.
