This workshop is a direct gateway to your potential.

An intensive, one-day experience where you’ll combine conscious breathing, applied neuroscience, and cold exposure to release tension, train your mind, and activate a deep state of presence. It’s not just a workshop — it’s a transformative experience in which you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, access greater mental clarity, and discover the strength that emerges when your body and breath work in your favor.

 

Through guided practices, integration moments, and a safe, fully supported ice bath, you’ll connect with a more focused, resilient, and awake version of yourself. You’ll leave with practical tools, embodied understanding, and an ebook + certificate that consolidate everything you’ve learned — ready to bring this experience into your everyday life.

Goal

To explore the power of breathwork and cold exposure as tools to regulate the nervous system, release tension, train the mind, and access deep states of presence and well-being.

Includes
Ebook + Certificate of Participation endorsed by Yoga Alliance YACEP.

(Option to continue with the International Certification Program in online or hybrid format).

Module 1: Science & Consciousness — Your Nervous System in Action

You’ll understand how your breath directly influences your mind and emotions, and learn how to use it as a tool for balance.
 

  • Basic neuroscience of breathing and stress.

  • How emotions and physiology are interconnected.

  • Neural rhythms, coherence, and the role of the vagus nerve.

  • Conscious breathing exercises for self-regulation.​

Module 2: Experiential Breathwork — Breathing to Release

You’ll explore expanded states of consciousness and release physical or emotional blockages through the breath.

 

  • Differences between pranayama, breathwork, and breath-holding (apnea).

  • Practice: A deep, meditative breathwork session with musical guidance for activation, expansion, and calm.

  • Physical and emotional integration through movement and breathing.​

Module 3: Cold Immersion — Strength, Focus, and Presence

You’ll learn how to regulate the mind in the face of physical stress, awaken vital energy, and strengthen emotional resilience.

  • Cold physiology: hormesis, EPO, oxygenation, and nervous system response.

  • Breathing and mental preparation techniques.

  • Safety guidelines and protocols for ice immersion.

  • Practice: A guided ice bath experience, supported by breathwork, mindfulness, and group containment.

Module 4: Integration — From Experience to Daily Practice
You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding — mental, physical, and emotional — to apply what you’ve learned in your everyday life.

  • How to integrate breathwork and cold exposure into your routine.

  • Simple tools to continue the practice at home.

  • Space for reflection, feedback, and group closure.
