It’s designed for anyone seeking a first introduction to these practices, without the need to commit to the full certification yet.

It’s ideal if you want to understand the foundations, principles, and core concepts of the methodology before deciding to move forward with professional training.

You’ll receive a certificate of participation (this does not qualify you to teach others), and you’ll have access to the materials for a defined period, so you can review and practice whenever you need.

INTRODUCTORY COURSE INCLUDE?

SESSION 1: Breathing Is Regulation — Nervous System Foundations​

​

  • Introduction to the nervous system, neural rhythms, and neurotransmitters.

  • How breathing influences stress, attention, and emotions.

  • Neuroanatomy of breathing: ascending pathways & pranayama.

  • Guided practice: conscious breathing + introduction to pranayama.

  • Simple tools to assess your nervous system state (HRV, pulse, breathing rate).

SESSION 3: The Art of Resilience — Cold, Mind & Body

  • The science behind cold exposure: hormesis, EPO, and oxygenation.

  • Vagus nerve training and stress adaptation.

  • Practical introduction: breathing preparation exercises and cold exposure (guided cold shower from home).

  • Safety guidelines, contraindications, and gradual progression.

SESSION 2: Conscious Breathing & Different Styles — From Science to Sensation

  • Neuroscience of breathing: biological, physical, and mental effects.

  • Differences between pranayama, breathwork, and breath-holding (apnea).

  • Guided practice: structured breathwork + gentle apnea exercises.

  • Observing the body, mind, and emotions during the practice.

SESSION 4: Integration & Self-Practice

  • Designing your personal breathing and regulation routine.

  • How to guide basic sessions for others.

  • Final meditation: breath, mind, and presence.

  • Closing of the process and certificate delivery.
