What you'll do
Enjoy a paddle surfing session at Barceloneta Beach while the sun is rising. We will meet at W Hotel where you can store your belongings just in front of the beach. Experience the natural colours of the sunrise while also enjoying the calm and peacefulness of the early morning. We have longer surfboards for more stability. All levels are accepted, no previous experience neded but is a must to know how to swim.

Passionate for movement and physical training, I have a background in sports and physical education, since 2015 I later went to continue my studies in sports rehab and injury prevention, from the National Institute of Physical Activity in Catalunya (INEF) combining it with massage techniques.
